Room for rent in three bed house ASAP. STUDENTS ONLY in Cathays, Cardiff for sale

I am looking for a flatmate, preferably a female student, to take over my room at a beautiful 3 bed house located in the Heath/Cathays area of Cardiff. It is a 5 minute walk from the Heath Hospital so it perfect for medical/healthcare student or professionals. I have had to move back to my family home for personal reasons and I am absolutely gutted to leave the house and my housemates. The two girls are both mature students and are lovely, outgoing, friendly girls. The room itself is a reasonable sized double and is available ASAP. £260pcm bills N OT included but would work out at approx £60 extra, which includes broadband (internet and Tivo) The contract ends on July 1st so the room is available for 5 months only. The Letting agent used is Pinnacle Housing who would need to be informed and all direct debits for rent would need to be verified.
