The largest room of a 6 bedroom newly renovated house share with all girls. This room is in the attic which has its own stairs The house has 2 bathrooms with showers and a large kitchen and living room with American fridge and freezer, along with all other essential appliances such a microwave,stove, washing machine etc. Sky along with unlimited wifi is £7.50 each a month Bills are not included but I tend to put about £30 a month aside All 5 house mates are students at various university in Cardiff, they are very lively and close friends who enjoying socializing, they are not the cleanest of people which is the main reason I am advertizing this room. I am a clean freak and I cannot cope with the student mess! I doubt this would be an issue amongst other students, but I really did not want this advertizement to be false.
