4 2nd year Cardiff Business school students (boys) looking for any student to join us till end of June 2015. Dogfield street, 13 min walk to main buildings (law etc) - Newly decorated (as described below) - 3 of 12 months rent paid - No deposit needed (know landlord) - 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Improvements over the past couple of summers include: 1. enhanced insulation in loft 2. new boiler 2013 3. painting throughout internally (3rd time this summer) and frontage (just completed this month) 4. addition of second toilet and loo 5. enhanced insulation to exterior wall though internal lining so its even warmer and even more fuel efficient All nice guys, like our sport and going out.
