Alesis DM7x Advanced Electronic Drum Kit in Cathays, Cardiff for sale

For sale is my Alesis DM7x Advanced kit, complete with stool, sticks and all associated cables and terminal equipment. The item was purchased brand new in September 2013 from Gear4Music at a cost of nearly £550. Kit is in like-new condition, is incredibly well looked after and only played infrequently. All rubber drum heads are dual zone and velocity-sensitive, allowing for a range of volumes, rim-shots and rolls to be played. Cymbals are also velocity sensitive and offer the user the ability to 'choke' the sound. The Stealth Kick pedal is super responsive and mimics the feel of an acoustic bass drum well. It is also brilliant for reducing the external volume when playing. The kit fits very well onto the lightweight Alesis frame, which is fully adjustable and very sturdy. All pad mounts are also fully adjustable, meaning the kit can be set up to any preferred style. The cable snake makes set-up incredibly easy, with each connector colour-coded to it's respective pad. The module is very intuitive, easily navigated and concise. Drum and cymbal buttons are arranged to resemble the layout of a traditional kit, so it's simple to assign sounds and create kits quickly. Kit will be sold fully boxed up in its original packaging (as seen in the pictures), and with warranty still available until September 2014. It is better than most of the Roland and Yamaha (rubber head) equivalents available on the market, and for a fraction of the cost.
