The flat is modern and minimalist in design, has lots of natural light, in the perfect central location with easy walking/bus access into the city centre and nearly all university campus'. There are 4 other flats within the building, the building itself is a non-smoking/no pets property. The room includes a desk, chair, double bed on a brown leather frame and built in wardrobe. It faces the rear of the property reducing the noise from the main street to a minimum. (The furniture I have added includes two 3 chester draws and 1 bed stand, so plenty of extra room!) Housemates like to keep themselves to themselves and easy to get along with. The kitchen includes an oven/hob, washing machine/dishwasher and fridge/freezer. All other appliances provided by housemates are open to use. Last but not least the living room as included a TV stand (which has already been occupied), table, 3 chairs, a brown leather chair and a 2 seater brown leather sofa.
